Regulations

Quiet Hours: 10:00PM-8:00AM

No feeding/harassing wildlife
No RV's or Campers in poor condition
No Tree Climbing
No firearms, fireworks, hazardous materials

Water
Raton has great water fresh from the mountains!  Keep your hook up clean to enjoy it. Water filters are highly recommended. We are not responsible for the quality of water beyond the hydrant.

Liability
There are many large trees on the property. The renter understands that Jag's Red Carpet RV Park is not responsible for any accidents related to mother nature such as limbs falling and damaging property.

On Site Restaurant
Great Mexican Food on site! Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Check out Portillo's Facebook page for menus and pricing. Rated 4.7 on Google!

Please be Clean & Tidy

• Only two vehicles per site.
• Hookups must be secured and any leaks must be reported immediately to the RV Park Manager. 
• Any sewage leaks must be cleaned up immediately and disposed of properly.
• No excess or abandoned materials.
• No long term storage.
• Keep site clean and tidy.
• Please pick up dog poop immediately.

Please Conserve Energy

• Do not overuse/abuse electricity by keeping the door open and running the Air Conditioning.
• Turn off lights at night that are not necessary.

Winter Regulations

• Hydrants must be heated or shut off during freezing temperatures.
• It is the user's responsibility to ensure hydrant does not freeze. If damage is caused, the user is responsible for all repair costs.
• No dripping water during freezing temperatures.
• Any skirting must be presentable and in good condition.
